The first call
What actually happens on a scope call.
It is free, it takes about forty minutes, and you are not on a sales call. Here is exactly how it goes.

You talk, we listen
Tell us what is going wrong and what it seems to be costing you. No slide deck from us, no discovery questionnaire to fill in first.

We ask the awkward questions
How many calls actually go unanswered? What happens on your busiest hour? Who is the one person who understands the old system? Usually this is where the real problem turns up.

We tell you what we would do
Roughly what it takes, roughly what it costs, and in what order. If part of it is better handled by your own team or an off-the-shelf tool, we will say that.

You decide, in your own time
No follow-up sequence, no pressure. If the timing is wrong we would rather you come back in six months than start something neither of us believes in.
